GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for gathering and reporting field employee relation’s information through research, reporting and analysis to enhance service to field employees, provide information to field operation’s management and minimize risk to the Company. Audits field ER processes and procedures and makes recommendations to the Employee Relations Senior Manager to improve service and support. Assist the Field ER team during peak periods and as needed with telephone and case-load support.
